Update 09th July 2024
Seniors
The seniors have made a very promising start to the league winning their first three games against Parnells, Fulham Irish and North London Shamrocks and have two home games to come next week against Harlesden Harps and TCG, while it is early days the squad is competitive and the newcomers have made a big impact, we wish Caoimhin Carthy well after suffering a fractured ankle in the win over Shamrocks following an off the ball incident which left a lot to be desired and will be sidelined for the immediate future , we also wish Joe Fitz well who returns home to Armagh for a short period and his loss will no doubt be felt
Juniors
The Juniors are 2/2 in the league and have looked very good in both games against Garryowen and St Josephs , with one game to go against Cuchullins we have one foot in the league final and a chance of promotion , very well done to all involved and the response has been very promising to training and the plan for the season .
Reserves
A mixed bag for the reserves in Division 4 with two wins and two losses to date , three games left to go and we can ill afford any more slip ups if we are to reach a league final , next up is Thomas Mcuratins at home on Saturday 20th at 1.00pm.
County teams
Best wishes to all the lads representing London in the All Ireland Junior championships in Dublin this weekend , a semi final against USGAA on Friday night in Abbotstown is first up and if we can get through this its a final against either Warwickshire or New York , we are well represented in the squad with Tom Waters , Matthew Tierney , Matthew Joyce , Ali Carney, Rhys Lennon, Chris Griffin and Sean Kirwan .We had multiple players on the county U15 and U17 Teams who travelled to Feile over the last few weeks and they all performed very well as did the girls who travelled with the LGFA Teams and the future is bright with them .
Youth
We sent over 140 kids to compete the ABC in Hazelwood last weekend and the club were very successful overall with U18 girls winning and many other team getting to cup and shield finals ,well done to all involved on a fantastic event.
