As expected due to the latest updates on the Coronavirus spread the club tour to Bantry scheduled for April 04th and 05th will now not take place , we were informed today by the host clubs that the blitz would now not be possible and that an alternative date would be sought when there is some certainty about the playing of sport and we will keep all members updated , all members who have booked accommodation are asked to contact the hotel personally to discuss the situation along with contacting the airline or ferry company in the hope that common sense will prevail and refunds or alternatives can be sought .

As per the Gaa Guidelines released yesterday afternoon all activities are to be suspended until a minimum of March 29th until further updates are released to assist committees in deciding to carry on with collective training sessions or fixtures , once again we will keep all members up to date when training , fixtures or meetings can commence again .

Apologies to all who will be inconvenienced by this and of course to the kids who will no doubt be disappointed with the cancellation of the tour but the club vows to ensure it is merely a postponement and not a cancellation .
