A busy few weeks on the field for all sides .
The seniors lost out narrowly to TCG in Greenford in their second last league game and also their last game to Shamrocks but still managed to qualify for the league final with 5 wins from 7 games , here we met TCG again losing eventually by 0-09 to 0-05 , our lads played very well in testing conditions limiting the Gaels in the opening half in a very tactical affair but just came up short in the end .On the day we were missing several key men and the return of these along with the current form sees us in good stead heading in to Championship in 2 weeks time .Scorers -Chris Farley 0-02;Kenny o Connor 0-02 ,Philip Rogers 0-1 .
Our homegrown junior team had 2 good league wins against Wandsworth Gaels and Parnells Home grown team and a narrow loss to Parnells A team and this form will help them in their crunch championship games against St Anthony's and Tara over the next 2 weeks where we play both sides at home .The reserves will kick off their championship at home next Saturday against North London Shamrocks at 2.30 and have 2 more group games against St Josephs and Round Towers to come .
We look forward to a busy championship period over the next 5-6 weeks and wish all players and management the best of luck .
