The raffle and auction went better than anyone could have imagined and when all takings are in we expect to have raised over £75,000 towards the fund for the club buildings at Barnet Lane , a truly remarkable sum of money to be fair , huge thanks to all the boxers and trainer Dermot Mannion but most thanks must go to Ger and Carol o Shea who made it the success it was and without whom it would never have got off the ground , we owe them a massive debt of gratitude .We now will start our monthly club draw for 2022-23 with the first draw due by the end of May , those who have not already done so can do it on clubzap in one or two instalments and we will have monthly prizes of £500/£250/£250 .
